     Teraflex Extra Short Slip Yoke Eliminator

                

          1 1/4" Transfercase Drop ........Boy That's Ugly

                  U-Joint Killer - Vibration City - Oh My!

A Must ....Snap-On Lockring Pliers - Needs to Open over 1 1/4"

A Lockring is The Enemy......Note: Notice the Tip of the Pliers

                            You Against the Enemy

Remove Driveshaft, Transfercase Fluid, Speedo-gear, & Slip Yoke

Remove End Cap... Battle of the Lockrings Starts.....That's Long!

Remove Transfercase Cover, The Screws Are Different Sizes

    Slowly Remove Shaft and Chain Assembly to Work Bench

    Remove Lock Ring and Slip the Gears Off the Stock Shaft

Inspect New Teraflex Shaft & Gearing, Install Gear & Lockring

             Teraflex Extra Short Shaft Ready to Install

     Don't Lose the Doughnut Magnet from the Front Case

   Carefully Remove Transfercase Pump, Filter, and Tubing

              NAPA Rubber Gasket Removal Tool.....Nice!

               Remove Old RTV Sealant from Front Case

                       Don't Forget the Front Side Too

                                      Clean Nice Fit

  Remove Old RTV, Inspect, Clean and Wipe Out Inner Case

     Reinstall the Fluid Pump, Tubing, Filter, and Magnet

            Reinstall Both Shafts & the Chain Assembly

            Be Careful Not to Damage the Shifter Fork

                            Apply RTV & the Front Case....

    Make Sure Pump and Tubing Doesn't Fall Out of Position

Install All Lockrings......Apply RTV to Teraflex Cover & Install....

Install New Teraflex Yoke & Torque to Specs....Refill Transfercase

 Tom Woods CV Drive Shaft is 7 1/2" Longer than Stock Shaft

                                    Top CV Ball Joint

                                    Attach to the Dana 44

                        Fill with Some MOPAR Grease

                     Superlift Truespeed Sensor

                 Required with a Teraflex ESS Sye

               Makes your Speedometer Right On
